Research on Modified High-Performance Cement Mortar of Prefabricated Buildings Based on Orthogonal Test

Abstract In order to improve the construction technology level of connection nodes prefabricated buildings and mechanical properties, fluidity economy mortar, this paper adopts orthogonal experimental design cement mortar by adding polymer dispersible powder. A modified high-performance with 1d compressive strength 11Mpa, 3d 19Mpa, 7d 26Mpa, 102 mm final higher than M25 was studied. The factors levels test are: ratio 1:3,1:4,1:5; silica powder content 4%,6%,8%; 3%,5%,7%. After research, optimal mixing is 1:3, silicon 6%, redispersible latex 3%, early water reducing agent 0.1%, defoamer 0.5%. new characterized short setting time high strength, which provides a idea for connecting materials buildings, great significance improving integrity durability connection.
